L01 Meth Lab for First Responders, Bill Minear, II CPP PPS CAS

This 8 hour course is for the benefit of those persons who may encounter a clandestine methamphetamine lab process. This course will cover the components of the clandestine lab process, elements of risk, hazards associated with the components of the clandestine labs along with protecting yourself and others. This course has been applied for Law Enforcement CE hours through the LETC. Class limit 25. Saturday, repeated Sunday.

L02 Interview & Interrogation, Sgt. Christopher C. Smith, WV State Police

At the conclusion of this course of instruction the student will have obtained a broad base of information and skills to successfully conduct and supervise criminal interviews and/or interrogations. Certified law enforcement officers only. 16 Hours.

L03 Criminal Interdiction, Cpl. Jason A. Laing, WV State Police

This class offers an opportunity for officers to apply a simple approach to identifying the felon on a routine traffic stop. No state is immune from these fugitives, gunrunners, drug smugglers and murder suspects that are traveling our nation's roadways. 8 Hours. Saturday, repeated Sunday.
